Looking for Questionnaire Question / Check-In Questionnaire manager and worker response text

I’m currently working on building an OTBI report to extract “Questionnaire Question” responses from the Workforce Performance – Performance Rating Real Time subject area.

The main issue I’m facing is that the “Response Person” and the “Question Person” fields are showing the same value, which makes it unclear which employee the manager’s response is actually for.

I believe the Response Participant Identifier (QSTNR_PARTICIPANT_ID) should indicate the employee for whom the response is intended. However, this field, located in the HRQ_QSTNR_RESPONSES table (as of Updates 25C), doesn’t appear to have a direct link to
