add day field to capture dates for star and end of studies and experiences in the career site

Currently, the career site only allows us to capture the month and year for the start and end dates of studies and professional experiences. However, for many recruiting and compliance processes, it is necessary to have the exact start and end day as well.
Suggestion: Add a "day" field in addition to the existing month and year fields when candidates enter their education and work experience information.

Business Justification:

• Greater Precision: Capturing the exact day provides a more accurate timeline of a candidate’s education and career history.
• Compliance: Some regions or industries require detailed documentation of employment and education dates for regulatory or legal purposes.
