Unable to search receiving inspections

Summary:

I am not able to search receicing inspections.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

I inspected receipts, entered quality results and submitted inspection.

After that when I try to search the completed Inspection, I am unable to find them. I tried searching from Quality Management and also using Inventory UI.

I already have Quality Engineer, Quality Analyst and Receiving Agents role. I have also granted data access against these roles. Am I missing some setup?
