Future Actions for HR that are also Line Managers

Hello,

We have a requirement that the HR Ops should have the "Future Action" section, but the Line Managers should not have it.
The issue is when an HR Ops is also a Line Manager.
Since the HR Ops that are also Line Manager, the roles are conflictual (based on the priv "ORA_PER_VIEW_FUTURE_ASSIGNMENT_CHANGES").
So the HR Ops that have also the LM role cannot see the section.

Is there a way to achieve this?
