Hi All,

We have configured the price list approval steps and tested the end-to-end flow. However, we are currently unable to retrieve the approval history for reporting purposes.

We understand that the 'ENTITY_APPRV_STATUS_CODE' field is available in the pricing tables, but this only reflects the current approval status of the price list.

What we need is the ability to track approval changes in detail, including approval dates, approver names, and similar audit information.
