How to load an attachment in a task | HDL

in HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader (HSDL)

Hi team,
Considering it is not possible loading an attachment in a task by using HSDL, considering that the attachment has hosted from a document type in Employee's DOR… Is it possible to use HDL for loading an attachment in a task?
