What is process of editing a published agent

Summary:

I have created a Procurement Policy agent with a document tool and it is working fine. I have created guided journey for that too.

Now there is a requirement to add more documents. I have added documents in existing document tool however Agent is not fetching answer from new douement. I also tried creating a new document tool itself and added new document so now policy advisor has two document tools, it is not working either.

Already ran 'Process Agent Document' process.
