How to trigger automation when new member added for any of the EPM apps in the EDMCS?

We are scheduling the nightly jobs on daily basis for the new member addition from EDMCS to EPM apps through automation. We also need to have an option to trigger the automation if any member gets added when the customer wants to update it immediately before the nightly jobs.

Please suggest if there are any options.
