OTBI report error and roles assigned
I’m running into an issue with OTBI reports and roles, and would appreciate any guidance.
When I use the Payroll Manager View All role, I can successfully generate the report I need. However, when I switch to the Payroll Manager role, I receive the following error:
To troubleshoot, I compared the two roles and added the missing roles/privileges from the View All to Payroll Manager, but I’m still encountering the same error.
Has anyone experienced this before or have any suggestions on what else I might be missing? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
