Issue with Reminders and Escalation in Approval Workflow while configuring in BPM.
Hi Team,
I have a requirement where:
- When a promotion transaction is initiated by the Line Manager, it should go to the 1-Up Line Manager for approval.
- If the 1-Up Manager doesn’t take any action, reminder notifications should be triggered on the 3rd day and 6th day.
- On the 7th day, the task should escalate to the next-level manager and stop at that level, irrespective of whether the 1-Up Manager takes action afterward.
I have configured the reminders and escalation settings as per this requirement, but it’s not working as expected.
Issues observed:
- When escalation is configured, the task is expiring at the 1st level, but it should not expire.
