Shipping an item in its secondary unit of measure

Summary:

We have a requirement to create a sales order and its shipment in secondary unit of measure.. E.g. While shipment the secondary unit of measure should be coming on the shipment lines user interface and the user should enter quantity in secondary UOM.. Is there a way this can be configured?
