SELL_SIDE_SHIPMENT – MODIFIED event is not triggered when Shipment Refnums are inserted or updated

Summary:

In OTM, I observed that the SELL_SIDE_SHIPMENT – MODIFIED event does not get triggered when I insert or update an existing Shipment Refnum on a Sell Side Shipment.

Shouldn’t this event be triggered when Shipment Refnums are modified?
