How to View Price Waterfall for Line Items Without Charges Configured in CPQ

Hi everyone,

We’re trying to understand how to view the Price Waterfall for each line item when no charges are set up in the system.

Based on the documentation and release notes, we’ve enabled the Price Waterfall while configuring the Line Item Grid. We’re able to see the waterfall when we click on Charges, but the issue is , if a product doesn’t have any charge defined, the charge section (and the price waterfall) is hidden.

Please see the attached screenshot. We would also like to see price water fall for ab32-100ug, ab32-1mg parts (does not have any charge defined)
