How to modify the subject line of the email that the manager sends manually from their area?

Hi all,

our client has requested to modify the subject line of the email that the manager sends to their direct reports, directly from the Oracle page. By default, the subject is automatically populated by concatenating a first part and the course name. Is it possible to make changes to this email subject?
