Seeking Guidance: Approval Workflow for HDL File Upload via AI Agent

We have a requirement where we’d like to introduce an approval process for every HDL file upload. The idea is as follows:

• A user initiates an AI agent and uploads the HDL file.
• The AI agent then notifies a specific user group responsible for reviewing and approving the HDL file.
• Once the file is approved, the AI agent proceeds to load the HDL and shares the success or failure status.

Has anyone implemented something similar or come across an approach to achieve this? Any insights or pointers would be greatly appreciated.
