Enrolling Emps in Two dependant Absence Plans and calculating accruals

Hi Experts,

Greetings.

We have below requirement, could you please share your thoughts on how this can be configured in the application.

  • On January 1 of each subsequent year, all employees in Business Unit ‘US1’ who have been employed for at least 90 days prior to January 01 will be granted 50 hours of ‘Medical Leave’ which can be used in that calendar year.
  •  Employees who are not employed as of January 1 of any year (i.e., who hired on or after January 2nd), or who have not been completed for at least 90 days of service prior to January 1, will accrue Medical Leave at a rate of 1 hour per week, up to 50 hours of PSL, until the following January 1, at which time they will be granted 50 hours to be used during that calendar year.
