Return to vendor functionality in wms

Summary:

We want to have Return to Vendor functionality in wms, where a return process will be initiated in fusion, and we'll do a miscelleaneous transaction in WMS.

Please let us know how can we achieve that, and do we have any better process in the latest versions?
