how to create custom xml file and store it in text area field

Hi,

We have a requirment to read the Line Level Attribute and create a xml file and store it in a text area field. Later on I need to read the XML file which is already stored in Text Area Field and display in the html attribute . Let me know how i can achieve this feature.
