Separate Roles for Ship Confirm Access

Hi everyone,

I’m working on Oracle Fusion SCM and need to separate responsibilities between two user roles in the Shipping module:

  • Role 1: Should have all shipping privileges except “Ship Confirm.”
  • Role 2: Should have only the “Ship Confirm” privilege (without access to other shipping actions like Auto Create Shipment, Pick Release, or Confirm Pick Slip).

I created a custom role with only the “Confirm Shipment” privilege, but when I assign it to a user, they’re still able to perform all other shipping actions (Auto Create Shipment, Pick Release, Confirm Pick Slip, etc.).

Has anyone faced a similar issue or knows how to restrict access so that the “Ship Confirm” privilege doesn’t automatically grant full shipping access?
