Organizations in different time zones impact the Supply Plan

We are working with Oracle Supply Chain Planning (Supply Planning Cloud) in a global environment with multiple Inventory Organizations located in different regions (for example, EMEA and LATAM).
Each inventory organization has its own time zone defined in Manage Inventory Organization Parameters, according to its physical location and operational context.

When we run our Supply Plans, the system uses the time zone of each inventory organization to calculate the base dates of the plan (for example, the Start Date).
This causes date offsets across regions depending on their deviation from UTC.
