new laptop and I'm now getting a 404 error

I have a new laptop and I'm now getting a HTTP 404 error code when connecting to shared services. How do I connect again? It is telling me the provider is not a "Shared Services Provider" I did download a newer version of Smartview 25.100
My old laptop still works.
