Can you set a minimum limit on absence carry over?

Summary:

We allow for a negative balance on an absence type, but at the end of the year, if the balance is negative, we don't want the negative balance to carry forward. We only what a positive balance to carry forward, if one exists. Is this possible? The FF looks like it only lets you define an upper limit, not a lower limit.
