We have a business requirement related to the Task Manager functionality within the Planning and Budgeting system. Specifically, for certain tasks, when the task status becomes "Late," an automatic email notification should be sent to the first-level approver, informing them that the task is overdue along with the details of the assigned user.

If no action is taken by Approver 1 within a defined period, the system should escalate the notification by sending an email to Approver 2, and so on. This automated escalation process is intended to ensure timely follow-up and accountability, particularly for tasks related to the budget cycle, helping maintain effective control over the budgeting process.
