Align information in the "Contract Info" and "Employment Contracts" for different country

Hello everyone,

when I try to hire an employee with the "Italy" country, the following information appears.

When I try to hire an employee with a different country, the following information appears.

Is it correct that users with a non-"Italy" country see less information?
How can I align them?
