Manage Mass Update

I am able to create the mass change assignment. However, when I go to Manage Mass Update to see the status of my submission, there were nothing listed and I am unable to search for it.

I had attempted to use the advanced search filter "is not blank" and still no results.

Is there a privilege required to view and access the change assignment in Mass Update?
