Viewers not visible in Filter on the Reconciliation or Profile cards

Summary:

I have added the viewers teams on the organisational units via configuration as opposed to directly on the Profile to help reduce ongoing maintenace, however when I add a Filter for Viewer on the Profile or Reconciliation cards the Viewers that were added via the organisational units are not visible and therefore unable to be selected.
