Donation plan to be made available in UOM - calendar days

Hello,

We have a requirement to setup a donation plan in order to facilitate leave gifting policy amongst workers. For this we are asked to use the annual accrual leave plan which is configured in UOM-Calendar days. It is a known functionality in Oracle that donation plans are only available in hours/days. If you guys have had faced a similar scenario, could you please suggest me a possible workaround? (Provided the client wants to use the existing annual accrual leave plan)
