oracle EPBCS reports period offset function is not working with YTD

Summary:

Hi All,

Earlier in FR Studio, there was a flexibility to use Y-T-D of (current POV), inside the Period Offset function.
But post migration, in the Reports, unable to use YTD inside Period offset function.

There are workarounds, but if there is an easy solution, kindly let me know.

Any help would be appreciated.
