how to add two different set of approval requirement in one stage

We have a requirement to enhance the Purchase Order approval workflow.

Currently, we use a Pre-Approval stage with First Responder Wins logic for Employee-A and Employee-B.

After either of them approves, we need the workflow to go to Employee-C and Employee-D (also First Responder Wins).

The Terms Approval and Post Approval stages are already configured based on category and amount respectively.

Please advise how to configure this second parallel approval stage in BPM Worklist or assist with setup.

Current Workflow:

Stage 1 – First Responder Wins (Parallel): Remie / Philips
Stage 2 – Terms Approval (Serial): Based on Category
Stage 3 – Post Approval (Serial): Based on Amount
