Mass Legal Employer Change feature - Pros and Cons
Every year-end we receive a list of employees to change from on legal entity to another (same US legislative). Employees on the list could have different positions. We are reviewing the Mass Legal Employer Change feature. We need to be able to transfer all the assignment information plus payroll recurring elements, calculation cards, personal payment methods, benefits, balances, seniority dates and salary.
I would like to know if any other company is using this feature for mass changes (between 1000-2000) and the pros and cons of this process.
Some questions that we have:
- Do all employees on the list need to have the same position? Any specific requirement?
