Using an API call from manual approval is having an unexpected behavior.

We were trying to call an action called "Update All Distributor Quotes" through an API call on the submit action (manual approval). When we tried it a couple of times notice that the process starts taking more than expected. It even took around 90 seconds. Also, when it finished it seems to have run correctly passing the quote to approve, but after a couple of seconds the quote was returned to pending approval and there was no approve validation pending, so the quote was stocked in there.

When try to call it from a transition in the case of auto-approve the API call was performed successfully. It only fails in manual approval.
