Creating project from template--Classification code not showing up value in dropdown

I am creating project from template and I want to select a classification code is not pulling up any value in the dropdown in the Category Business Line. Project is showing up the Business Line field for entry because I have selected it in the quick entry section of the template.

Has anyone experienced the same issue and what is the resolution.
