Hybrid model CTO ETO

Hello All,

Has anyone implemented CTO and ETO together for building a finished good. One my customer has not implemented CTO, they ahve some subassemblies which are standard with few options, but the finished good is hightly custom and complex based on customer request. So i was wondering, if there is a way to use CTO for subassemblies and ETO for the FG. Please let me know if you have implemented something like this. I will appreciate the response.
