Can we add source data and create new data in data integrations?

Summary:

I have a data integration created in data exchange to map data from a CSV file to an existing cube. I have a new requirement to add two rows in the source file and create a new row for the total in the cube data. Please let me know if this is possible in data exchange.
Please see below screenshot. I need to create a new plan element which adds C100 & N100. This will be the total of source data 1000 & 1001.
