EL expression to restrict values based on selected value

Summary:

I have a requirement where in the recommend for rehire section the recommend for the rehire value set as "Yes" should be able to show a different value set and if select "No" another different set of value to be visible in the reason section.

need to know any way of configuring this requirement and possibility of having this feasible configuration in HCM using EL expressions or any other possibilities of doing this need
