Dynamic Skills without AI and Integration to another application

Summary:


We plan to build Talent Profile with Dynamic Skills but without the AI feature. Moreover the ORacle Talent Profile will be the source of truth for integration with FORTE (legacy system - read only).

I would like to seek some insights on the impact or any other pointers which need to be considered.
