"Business Title" does not match "Job Title" based on recent updates to the field.

Summary:

There is a need to do additional research to have the "Business Title" updated when there is a change to the "Job Title". Based on some recent changes to Job Title, which seemingly does not trigger an update event to the Business Title, then the two fields are out of sync. Since there are more than 1800 records which are not matching and a significant number of them impact senior level jobs, is there a way to do a mass update to these records without having each user manually updating their individual records.

Additional question:

1. If we only have job title change, how do we submit that in order to for it to trigger the update for Business Title.
