Is it possible to prompt a warning whenever the DFF field contains a particular value in FA

Is it possible to prompt a warning whenever the DFF field contains a particular value? Currently we have a requirement where the value in DFF (DATE) have to be the same as the Date Placed in Service of the asset and would like a warning prompted when different value of DPIS is entered in the DFF.

DFF acceptance date is in AP invoice, when you run "Create Mass Addition" process to transfer source line from AP to FA, then add this source line to FA as an asset with DPIS. If DPIS is different with acceptance date in AP Invoice, FA should show a notification
