Unable to link emails to custom object on Outlook Add In and the object is not visible in side panel

Hi everyone,

We have configured the outlook Add In for a custom object by following this documentation:

After configuring this, the object is not visible/selectable on the side panel and also we are unable to link email to the custom object just like we link the email to opportunity and leads. From the app composer, we are able to verify that the object is added but the same changes aren't reflected on outlook Add In.
