Work Definition subject area is not available
Summary:
Hi,
We are facing an issue with a user account since the environment upgrade from 25B to 25C. Both the user and I have identical access with all standard Manufacturing roles assigned. However, while I can view the “Manufacturing – Work Definitions Real Time” subject area in OTBI, the user cannot see this subject area.
I developed an OTBI report for business use, which was functioning correctly before the upgrade. Post-upgrade, the user is unable to view the report results or access the mentioned subject area.
If anyone has encountered a similar issue or has a resolution, please advise and support.
