HSDL - Talent Pool

Hi team,

We have created a spreadsheet loader using the "Talent pool" business object to mass upload members into a previously created talent pool.

However, we are encountering two issues when using a custom role with limited visibility:

  1. The user can select any pool from the drop-down list, including pools they do not own and therefore should not be able to see
  2. The user can select and successfully load any members from the drop-down list, including members who do not fall within the HR’s visibility scope

Has anyone else experienced this and managed to resolve it with a workaround?
