AI Agent is not showing Project Performance data consistently

Hello,

We’ve created an agent to display project performance data, but it’s not providing consistent results across all projects within the same Business Unit. Interestingly, we can access the project performance data for all required projects via the REST API or frontend using the same user account under which the agent was created and reviewed.

This inconsistency in data display is also happening with other agents we've created, where data isn’t shown for all projects. I would like to understand the data security logic behind how the agent is responding, reading, and returning data. Could you please help clarify how the agent determines which projects’ data to provide and why some projects are excluded?
