How to tailor item creation, change approval flow by user role for specific item class

We have Item class for 'Non stock' items.

For nonstock item class, can we setup below workflow when there's item creation/changes:

If item created/changed by user with role of either "PO NEG Category Manager JR" or "PO NEG Buyer JR", auto approved.

If item created/changed by user with role of "CLP SCM INV Warehouse Operator JR", need approval from user with role "SCM INV Warehouse Manager JR"
