Accounted date column in cmr_Accrual_summary table is being populated as null

Summary:

In what scenarios does this column populate null values. We have receipts and invoices being transacted and accounted on daily basis and the behavior of this table is not consistent. For few of the records it populated accounted date as null even though the invoice against the receipt leading to accrual is accounted and posted
