How creation date will work in Per All assignment M table

Hi All,

I’d like to understand how the "creation date" field works in the "per all assignments m" table.

For example, I have an assignment that was created on January 1, 2025. Later, some rows with new effective dates were added for this assignment. Why does the "creation date" field remain unchanged, even though new effective-dated rows have been inserted.
