I am unable to Migrate an RAG Agent tool created in Test environment

Summary: I created an RAG Agent in TEST and it worked well. Accessed via My Client Group > Show More > Tools > Configure RAG Agents

I see nothing created in RAG Agents is visible under AI Agent Studio in 25C. The Tools > Configure RAG Agents menu path isn't even showing in PRODUCTION. I understand I am advised to migrate to AI Agent Studio. I am trying, but nothing is showing in the Product drop down (required field) and so I am unable to complete migration. Maybe RAG is available in 25C, but I just missed something permissions wise to see it??
