Issue with Smart View Login Window not Popping Up
Summary: Recently (within the last few months) we started having an issue with the Smart View SSO login screen not automatically popping up for users to enter their credentials. User has to go down to the taskbar and click on the login screen to maximize it. This is happening with multiple versions of Smart View that never had the issue in the past which leads me to believe it may have something to do with an MS Office or Windows patch possibly. It only happens the first time a user refreshes/retrieves after Excel has been restarted.
