Clear data based on a smart list value

Summary:I am trying to Clear data based of a smart list value. If a dimmemberX→ beg balance→NO YEAR→ Smart list value = x , Clear all data for dimmemberX for Year1, Scenario,Version,etc)

How to clear this data , using CLear data or Clear Block ? Any ideas ? I tried setting the values to #missing but its taking a lot of time.
