Unable to submit the change order from Redwood UI

Hi,

I am encountering the following error while trying to submit a change order using a custom role. The issue gets resolved if I configure the agent setup for the user; however, we prefer not to set up an agent.

I am able to submit the change order without any issues using the seeded role “Advanced Procurement Requester.” I compared both roles but didn’t find any differences. Could anyone please confirm which privileges are required to submit a change order using a custom role?

Error Message:


You don't have the required permission. You must either be defined as an agent for the procurement BU, or have permission to update other agents' documents. (PO-2055623)
