How Oracle Fusion can handle turnover rent in revenue lease module

Our client have business practice for turnover revenue rent handling:

In original EBS system there is a Breakpoint index maintaining, eg:

Start Date | End Date | From | To | Rate

07 Jun 2018 | 06 Jun 2019 | 100,000 | 1,000,000 |0.04

07 Jun 2018 | 06 Jun 2019 |1,000,000 | |0.035

So after user input the actual revenue amount, system can auto calculate the rent amount based on the rate and basic rent.

May I know what's the suggested practice of this process in Oracle fusion in addition to manually do the payment amendment each time
